Cancellation, Postponement or Alteration to
Numbers of
Delegates Booked
|
In the event of cancellation of a training
course, the following terms apply: (Days are
calculated from the date on which we receive
notification of cancellation until the first day
of the scheduled training date/s.)

If the course is re-scheduled by the client to run within
60 days of the original scheduled date, then half of the
above cancellation charges will apply and when the course is
run subsequently, it will be charged for in full as quoted.
If delayed for more than 60 days, full cancellation charges
apply. The client is also responsible for any cancellation
charges levied by a hotel/venue provider. |

| The Training Fee is based on the number of delegates
booked to attend the course. The fees are shown on the page
headed "Fees Guide". If the number of delegates
attending the course exceed the number shown
under "Recommended Max No. of Delegates", a
further charge will be incurred. If after booking, a delegate is unable to
attend for any reason, the Training Fee will not be reduced
but a substitute delegate may attend. |

Standard Payment Terms
|
| No VAT is currently payable. Payment including any
expenses incurred is due on the date that the
training/consultancy is commenced (the Due Date). Payment
must be received within 15 days of the Due Date. We reserve
the right to impose a 0.5 % surcharge per 7 days or part,
overdue. Beeline Training was established as a
national/international provider of quality training
programmes, at fees that represent a substantial saving when
compared with many other leading training organisations. For
your own future benefit, please help us to retain our
competitive level of fees by paying promptly. Advance
Payment:
A 5% reduction on the training fee is given if full
payment is received by the
commencement of the training/consultancy. |

Other Information
|
- Equipment to be supplied by client: flipchart and pad; television
and video recorder with remote control (if the programme
includes video content). If any item cannot be supplied,
Beeline Training can (within the UK) hire the items and
charge the client. Beeline Training provides a digital
projector, screen and laptop at no extra
charge.
- Access is required to set up for each
course, forty-five minutes before the start time. In some
cases access may be required on the previous day. This will
be discussed individually.
- A standard training day runs from
9.15am to 5.00pm (approximately). The lunch break is usually from
1.00pm to 2.00pm. Please discuss in advance any time changes
that you may require.
- Accommodation for the Course Director
will not be required if the training venue is within 35
miles of Southampton. (Exception: Isle of Wight.) Otherwise,
the client should book accommodation on a dinner, bed and
breakfast basis from dinner on the night prior to the first
training day, until breakfast on the last training day. The
room booked should be a non-smoking en-suite executive room.
Please ask the hotel to provide a bedroom in as quiet a
corner of the hotel as possible. Beeline Training can
arrange the accommodation if preferred. Regardless of which
party books the hotel, full accommodation/meal costs must be
settled directly between the client and the hotel.
- If the
training is to be conducted off-site, the client is
responsible for selecting, booking and paying for a suitable
location. Beeline Training can assist, if required in the
selection and booking. The contract for the use of the
training room and associated services will be between the
client and the venue provider.
- Beeline Training reserves the
right to ask a delegate to leave the course if the Course
Director considers that he/she is causing an unreasonable
level of disruption.
- All course material is copyright and
may not be reproduced in any form without prior written
permission from Beeline Training. No audio or video
recording device is allowed in the training room. (Phones
with cameras built in are allowed.)
